"What's your five-year plan for that beard?" I asked Bill the other night.
"What?!" he said. "Who plans their hairstyles out five years in advance?"
I shrugged. "I was thinking of getting bangs after the wedding. And I'll want to cut it shoulder-length in a few years."
I only asked because when my brother-in-law found out that I've never seen Bill without a beard, he said, "What if there's another little face under there?"
And now I have nightmares.
